Summary
One specific UEFN project cannot be transferred between two teams that I own in Creator Portal.
I am the Owner of both teams. Other projects transfer successfully between the same teams, but this project fails with the following error:
[DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.content-service.cannot_transfer
Closing UEFN and Fortnite and refreshing Creator Portal did not resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce
1,Sign in to Creator Portal.
2,Select the source team and open the affected UEFN project.
3,Attempt to transfer it to the destination team.
4,The transfer fails. Other projects transfer successfully between the same teams.
Expected Result
The project should transfer successfully to the destination team.
Observed Result
The transfer fails with this error:
[DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.content-service.cannot_transfer
The project remains in the source team.
