Cannot Render Static Texture from Render Target


I am trying to use a render target to pre-render some noise as shown in [this][1] tutorial from Epic.

I am following the steps shown but having no luck,

The render target is staying empty, it has the following settings:

My blueprint and material have the same settings as the tutorial.

I have put the blueprint actor into the scene and used a print string node to check that it is being called,
