Cannot find the Paper 2D textures on wiki

I was going through the paper 2d video tutorials and I am supposed to download the textures from this link A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums

But this url cannot be found. How I am supposed to get the textures. so I can learn how to import from scratch?
