Cannot enter public game from private game

Summary

When I am in a private game, does not matter if pre game lobby or gameplay phase, when I then try to enter the same or another map in public mode it still brings me to a private game

Steps to Reproduce

  1. See video. Enter the map provided in private.
  2. Go to the MM portal and set privacy to public (off).
  3. Enter the map.

Expected Result

You are now entering a public match

Observed Result

Still entering a private match
