Cannot Drag and Drop Niagara Emitter into level UE 4.27

I have created a very basic Niagara emitter based on the fountain and just to test where I was at I tried dragging and dropping it into the level, but the little red cancel icon appears and does not allow me to place in the level. Have tried GPU and CPU settings and restarting everything. Any thoughts?

Hey ,

try right-clicking the Emitter and select "Create Niagara System " from the drop-down menu. This will create a Niagara system that can be placed in a scene.
