Cannot create or edit campaigns

Summary

For the past few days, I’ve been completely unable to create or modify campaigns for the Sponsored Row. Every time I try, I’m met with this error:

"SentryEventId=d694a905e6ef4dda8685250cd37a8eef

errors.com.epicgames.creator-portal-api.dooms_domain_38"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Creator Portal
  2. Click the “Campaigns” section
  3. Click “Create Campaign” or attempt to edit a Campaign

Expected Result

The page should open without issue, allowing me to create or edit a campaign

Observed Result

I am met with the following error, preventing me from accessing the Campaign Creation/Edit pages:

FORT-1029726 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

This seems to be an account-wide issue, as I tried on my phone as well (on google chrome as well) and was unable to open it - it loaded for almost a minute, and then gave me the same error.

I also tested it on Safari on iOS this morning on a different connection, and received the very same error - so it’s definitely something to do with my account.

@Flak Would you perhaps be able to pass this on to the team? I’ve got a big game launch coming next week and I need to be able to schedule a campaign for it. Thank you regardless :slight_smile:

My issue is epic games is not charging my payment after its begin completed

Update - seemingly this resolved itself this update!
