Cannot create c++ class from editor?

Whenever I try To create new c++ class form ue editor build failed every time like in the video.

Try shutting your project down and running your project solution in your IDE and compile it.

It doesnot compile Some error is shown

Don’t use hot reload / live coding for new classes. Turn it off & only use it for minor changes in classes.
