Cannot Build HLODs in UEFN even after v24.30

For the last month or so I’ve had an issue where objects despawn from a distance no matter what render settings the object has (although you can’t change the render distance on any of the assets from Fortnite from my experience), no matter my in game render settings and I can’t build HLODs. I have tried everything but keep getting a “Build Failed” message. I thought v24.30 was supposed to fix this issue but unfortunately I’m still having trouble with it. The only time I don’t have the issue is when Nanite is enabled for whatever reason.
