Cannot access MetaHuman Creator – stuck on “Get MetaHuman” page

Summary

Hello Epic MetaHuman Team,

I have Unreal Engine 5.7 installed and Quixel Bridge connected with my Epic Games account (dejtodorov).
However, when I try to open MetaHuman Creator, I only see the “Get MetaHuman” page and cannot access the editor.

Could you please enable access to MetaHuman Creator for my Epic account?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened Unreal Engine 5.7
2. Logged in to Quixel Bridge with Epic account (dejtodorov)
3. Clicked “MetaHuman” in the Bridge menu
4. Redirected to “Get MetaHuman” page instead of MetaHuman Creator

Expected Result

The MetaHuman Creator should open in my browser and allow me to create or edit MetaHumans.

Observed Result

When I try to open MetaHuman Creator, I only see the “Get MetaHuman” page and cannot access the editor.

Hey Everyone, Since the release of Unreal Engine 5.6 in June 2025, we are no longer accepting new users to the MetaHuman Creator web application. You are instead invited to use MetaHuman Creator directly in Unreal Engine. If you have not already, download and install Unreal Engine 5.6, before following the instructions here to begin making your first character. Thanks James

I see you are using Mac and UE5.7, you can access MetaHuman Creator directly in UE:

Thank you very much, i will do it now. I have already UE5.7 but im sure i forgot to install everything whats necessary.
