Can you stop a Horde Agent from doing work if the machine it's on is doing other work?

Hi,

We’re investigating Unreal Horde for remote C++ compilation and are wondering if Horde agents could be configured to not be assigned work if the machines they’re on are busy with non-Horde/UE work? Similar to how you can define an agent as busy if the machine has a CPU usage over a certain amount in tools such as SN-DBS.

Thanks

Hi there Daniel,

Thank you for your question! It’s been a bit of a hot topic as of late, and there is a related thread [Content removed] There is a interim workaround documented there, but I’d like to emphasize that a proper first class implementation of this functionality is currently being discussed and worked on by the team. I’ve no details yet on when this could be expected, but it’s worth noting that this use case is on the team’s radar.
