Can you control “Compression Quality” and “Lossy Compression Amount” in Device Profiles?

Hello! In the final stages of shipping a game, but I don’t see a way in Device Profiles to set texture “Compression Quality” field. Or really the “Lossy Compression Amount” either, though that shows up in the ini individually for every texture group.
These fields exist while editing a texture’s properties, but I’d like to control them via device profiles. UE4.27.2
Compression
