Yes, you can use the in-editor Compile button with simple changes to code, but if you are adding a new UCLASS, UFUNCTION, or UPROPERTY then you will need to close the editor and compile in Visual Studio for the changes to take effect.

Yes, there is a button in the editor right next to build Lightmass button, that will compile all the code you have. I’ve noticed that the button isn’t there when you created your project from a blueprint template, but on a code template the button is shown.
I tried that but it doesn’t change in the editor until i restart it
