Hi I was trying to learn to build a level, but if I have it blocked out in Unreal Engine 4, can you export the BSP as it is placed into 3ds Max or Maya?

It is possible but I’d say it’s not an intended workflow for level design.
BSP is generally used for blocking out a level, then Static Meshes would be authored in 3ds/maya and imported (.fbx) to replace the blockout. (Check out the SunTemple project for a good example of this)
