Can we submit a project that uses C++ function?

I’ve seen all the questions about getting C++ Plugins into Marketplace, but I have a different question: Can we submit a project that is done entirely in blueprints, but uses a few C++ functions created as a blueprint nodes (like THIS)?

C++ functions like these are stored in Source/ProjectName folder, so I guess it would require to just attach this folder along with the standard “Config” and “Content” folders? But can we submit something like this?
