can we bake runtime virtual textures down to streaming virtual textures?

can we bake runtime virtual textures down to streaming virtual textures? I tried using merge tool, but at best i can get an 8k texture out of it before it crashes the editor…

From what i can tell the build tool in RVT only bakes the color texture and its mips… does not seem to make anything else like normal or roughness or whatever other mask i may need…
