Hi,
I’m trying to access MetaHuman Creator from Unreal Engine, but every time I click “Start MHC” it redirects me to the “Get MetaHuman” page instead of opening the Creator.
I’m already logged into my Epic Games account (SILVIADEVA) and connected through Bridge and Unreal Engine 5.6.1 with all the MetaHuman plugins installed, but it still doesn’t launch the Creator.
Can someone please check if my account has access to MetaHuman Creator, or let me know what else I need to do to enable it?

Steps to Reproduce
- I installed Unreal Engine 5.6.1 from the Epic Games Launcher.
- During installation, I selected “MetaHuman Creator Core Data”.
- I opened Unreal Engine and verified that the MetaHuman plugin is installed and enabled.
- Then, I opened Bridge and logged in with my Epic Games account (SILVIADEVA).
- Inside Bridge, I selected MetaHuman and clicked on “Start MHC” (MetaHuman Creator).
- Instead of opening the Creator, it redirects me to the “Get MetaHuman” promotional page every time.
- I am already logged in to the Epic Games website and Unreal Engine with the same account.
Expected Result
MetaHuman Creator should open in the browser after clicking “Start MHC” from Bridge or Unreal Engine.
Observed Result
Instead of launching MetaHuman Creator, it redirects to the “Get MetaHuman” promotional page
