Can someone walk me through particle system bounds?

I haven’t seemed to find a question exactly like this…
Some particle systems I’ve created as well as some that come in some of the unreal projects disappear when I’m not look directly at the…I was told it was the occlusion bounds?? or something?? I 'd like to understand this further…where it’s located and how it works so I can get these particle systems working properly…its one of the biggest bugs we’re facing as of right now.

If anyone knows a tutorial or is willing to help me understand . PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!

Thanks man. What would be a good setting to have them to be seen all the time and not disappear at all??

-10000 for min and 10000 for max should be enough i think.
