I have a Custom decal setup below which moves correctly on the applied object with the object, I would also like to have it rotate with the object.
At the moment I can’t seem to find a way. And I would like to avoid using BP’s can this be done entirely in material?
Can’t you hack it with a “Custom Rotator” node on the texture sample?
i had this in my setup but custom rotator would require a bp setup, connecting object rotation with rotation value in the material. That setup would work. But i am hoping to avoid bp and have the entire setup in material.
This is my setup with Custom Rotator, but this means I have to drive that “Rotate” value with a BP. Is there a way to automatically have that value follow actual object rotation similar to how the “Object position” node is working?
