Can Oculus Touch be use with Gear VR? I don’t own Oculus Touch controllers but I was curious?
No, you can’t, at least not as-is.
Touch needs PC, but most likely possible to send data from PC to the phone via WiFi. Something like what OTOY did for positional tracking using Vive’s controller and Lighthouse.

There no Daydream controller in existence. Currently a second smartphone has to be used as controller. I am sure if you can write an app that would use data from that phone’s gyro and accelerometer, and send it via Wifi to the phone in Gear VR, then you can have Daydream-like controller in your Gear VR app.
