Hi… I had the same problems! Now I put my things, I want to buy in my basket and than I start Unreal 5.x and pay it inside the unreal project (you must activate FAB-plugin!)! It’s very slow but I can pay with paypal, only! Hope it helps you, too! :slight_smile:

You’d honestly have better luck filing an ticket, like she said instead of spamming the forums. But it might take an while for them to respond to you, though

You’re experiencing a bug in the documentation that is preventing you from completing a payment?

“I can not buy anything on FAB” is not enough information for staff reading your post to understand the cause of the issue you are having so that they can reproduce it on their side, understand its cause and eventually fix it.

I personally wouldn’t expect people to help me after I have called them “crazy”, “shameless” and “ignorant”. Wouldn’t it be much easier to just provide clear steps and information on the issue you’re having? what’s your payment method? what error messages did you get? etc?
