Can i use the free example material from Marketplace which is free for my game?

I saw some of the example have some material for example light which is suitable. But I saw it was licensed for use only with unreal engine-base products? May I ask can i transfer it and edit it into my game for selling purpose ?

Hi WIlliam8888,

Any of the free content can be used in any project made in UE4. If you are creating a commercial product you are still able to use the free content for this.

Hi, I know this topic was very old, but I wonder if I can use City Sample from Marketplace Unreal for commercial purposes? We are making a commercial spot in virtual set. Since time has passed and now I’m using UE 5.4, does this apply too?
