Can I use rtx2080ti 22G for game development?

Checking through the community, SLI and other forms of dual/mirror GPU do not bring the best results for UE:

As I mentioned In the title, I have 3070 with only 8gb vram, it seems to be not enough. If I add another GPU with more vram, will unreal engine 5.1 use vrams of both graphics card?

Personally, I would suggest going for a 3090, with at least 24 VRAM, instead of a double setup.
