Does the EULA permit exporting metahuman creator assets to a 3rd party DCC (Maya, blender etc) to be rendered in that 3rd Party DCC to make linear media, e.g music video, short film etc? I am specifically not referring to 3rd party game engines like Unity etc.

Sorry, Metahuman assets can only be rendered using UE. Here is the relevant text form the Metahuman EULA
License Grant
1.1 License. Epic grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable
limited right and license to (a) use
MetaHuman Creator and MetaHuman Assets
to create Generated Characters, (b)
modify the Downloaded Characters, and
(c) use the Downloaded Characters
(with or without your modifications)
in your Products as UE-Only Content as
permitted under the terms applicable
to UE-Only Content in the UE Agreement
(the foregoing, collectively, the
“License”).
And here is the relevant text from the UE EULA
(i) UE-Only Content For UE-Only
Content, you may exercise your rights
under the License only if and to the
extent that the UE-Only Content is
utilized in a Product that requires
the Engine Code to operate or is a
non-interactive linear media product
(e.g., broadcast or streamed video
files, cartoons, movies, or images)
rendered using the Engine Code.
