I have little puddles of poison all over a map and I’d like to have the player take damage if he steps into it. Triggers spheres and boxes would be a hassle…is there a away to have the materials it self do all of this?? I understand how to blueprint it to work with trigger boxes but its not very clean…I’ve heard of physical materials…but would that be possible??? how would I do this???

But i have puddles everywhere…is there a way to setup the material itself to be sent into the event graph to set damage too?? if it’s a class BP and I use it as a component that will work??
