Can I achieve the convolution bloom effect for a light source without the convolution bloom?

I need that effect for my flashlight to make it look more aesthetic and realistic but i can’t seem to find anything about it other than niagara. However the problem with niagara is that it’s too flat. The convolution effect looks 3D and real but the niagara that tries to act as the glare just looks like a 2D plane and fake, which is not ideal when another player walks by and looks around and it all looks weird.

Is there any solution? Any way to do it?
