Can a buoyancy actor float on water body custom?

I tried to make a buoyancy actor float on Water body Ocean, and it worked.
But it does not work with “Water Body Custom”. Is it possible to do it in this way? If not possible, how can i make a small piece of water element just like the basement was flooded? I tried as cube, box and plane but the result is the same. I set the collision preset settings to water body collision.

The u Documentation states that “custom are not rendered using the Water Mesh Actor, nor do they affect the landscape”, is it the reason?
Thanks!

You may have to add a volume and set it as water volume. Then align the volume with your custom water body. You can set buoyancy in the water volume I believe.

It doesn’t need to be water volume, just something with same collision profile as one set in water plugin options

I tried all possible solutions and finally the solution I came to is: I create a landscape and use water body lake and keep the water at the level I want and the buoyancy settings are working… I know it’s weird but I’ve never been able to float objects in any other way.
