Hello, I am trying to capture a scene that only shows 2d outlines for the 3d objects, I removed the lights and any asset around that particular object because I want only this object (Which is a door-key), but instead when I go to the Scene capture texture target, it gives me pitch black image or should I say it’s because there’s no lightning therefore it won’t show anything, but I don’t want the rendered object, I don’t want to change the material in anything, I don’t want any of that, I Just want the outline of the object and that’s it.
Hi @Tetra_InTeLLeGer, I’m not quite sure the effect you are trying to achieve here, but if you are just looking to capture the general shape of an object, I would suggest using the Custom Depth instead. You can even use Stencils to track multiple different shapes in different passes.
