Camera actor in Level Sequence shows only black

I am trying to render a 360 video using panoramic capture in UE 4.26 i have 2 scenes in my project the first on is rendering fine with no issue while in the other, in the level sequence the camera cut is completely black, in viewport when selecting camera the camera preview is showing fine and when hitting play in pie editor it is also okay it is only in level sequence and when rendering that it shows completely black
