Cable component doesn't render in Path Tracing

Every time I enable path tracing the cable component disappear, how can I make it visible with path tracing?

I have the same issue, did you fix it?

I was able to get this working by turning on both Deferred Rendering and Path Tracer in the Movie Render Queue settings:

@MXS_VodK1 I tried in UE5.2 but is not working, is there any particular setting you activated in the deferred rendering tab?
I only get non-path tracing render pass

Sorry, I realized it is not doing what I thought it was. Adding the Deferred Rendering simply created 2 sequences. One via the deferred rendering (which shows the cable) and one via the Path Tracer (that doesn’t show the cable).

I’ve walked through all of the project settings and post-process volume settings. I didn’t see anything. Not sure where the problem is but will continue to research.

Any solutions?

I have the same issue, I’m just trying to render a scene using path tracing and my cable components go invisible. Even when I preview a scene and click on the cable, I can see the mesh is there but it’s like the material goes invisible. I assume this is because this isn’t the typical static mesh actor?

As already mentioned, it appears in deferred rendering opposed to path tracing. Yet I haven’t had this problem with any static mesh actors.

Any ideas?

I’ve researched and tried many things on my own and haven’t found a workaround.
I have not tried this in 5.3 so I don’t know if it is fixed there.

Same issue in 5.3, path tracer still not picking up cable actors
