Try variable MaxWalkSpeed in CharacterMovement
YourPawn::YourPawn(const class FPostConstructInitializeProperties& PCIP) : Super(PCIP)
{

if (CharacterMovement)
{
CharacterMovement->MaxWalkSpeed = 1000;
}

}
