C++ creation > Compile Failed

hi, some days I installed Windows 10 64-bit, so I then reinstalled EU4 and Visual Studio 2013. My problem is when I try to create a project in C ++ gives me this error: failed - Pastebin.com
before I installed Windows 10, I had Windows 7, and everything worked.
does anyone know how to fix? thank you.

That seems to be visual studio issue, it yells something about licence, did you register your VS?

thanks for the reply, I just logged in, I get the error too,i have free version, I need to buy visual studio?

Not buy, no. The Community license is free but you have to register with a valid email address.

This looks like the error from the Incredibuild coordinator.

Try uninstall incredibuild client on your local computer, compile without it. If it works install it again and apply valid license.
If not come here again and paste old/new compilation errors;)
