Summary
Yesterday, I placed the asphalt pieces (both regular floor and ramp) in my island, and when I returned today, they had lost their texture and could only be regained by copying the piece and replacing it (NOT CUTTING). This issue has been a thing since their introduction in S39 IIRC.
