Bullets not hitting manniquin, but hitting player

I have a bullet that is being fired at a character, and the bullet will bounce off the mannequin. However the event hit only triggers when the player walks into the bullet, but not when the bullet hits the other character (I have the bullet moving slowly for now).

Did you set ‘simulate generates hit events’?
