Built lighting deleted after switching lighting scenario

Hi!
I have 2 separate lighting scenarios set up in my level. After I build the lighting for both of them, the built data gets removed once I switch between scenarios or restart my editor. When that happens I get the “lighting needs to be rebuilt” message with 19,000+ unbuilt objects for one scenario and about 2,000 for the other. I have to rebuild the lighting each time I restart the editor or switch between a scenario and it slows me down significantly.
How can I fix this?
