Summary
Ever since 38.11 Building HLODS has a huge problem where they will fail every time.
This happens after you build hlods with a bunch of apollo and asteria trees in your scene, you will get a validation error and prompted to run a fix up so you can launch, this works but as soon as you try to delete and rebuild your hlods this bricks your ENTIRE project forever and the only way to fix is to revert, but obviously this is not realistic nor possible in most cases.

Build hlods with an assortment of apollo and asteria trees, build hlods, attempt to launch and then when prompted with validation error, run fix up and then try rebuilding

It works like it did before

I get a build failed error right at the end
