Building Unreal from Source, what to edit before building it ? (Reduce engine size, optimize for low poly 3d)

What sections of the source code could I remove ( like nanite/lumen?) to make a more optimized version of unreal 5 for a low poly or 2d game.

Are there any forks or branches already on the github that offer a more bare bones UE5?

Use a different engine or go back to soemtjing like ue4.18
