Building lighting does not remove preview watermark

Hi, I purchased an asset pack from the marketplace, its archviz. I’ve been trying to remove the preview watermark, I know this can be removed by rebuilding the lighting, but I have tried that, made sure all my lights were static, checked a few other options, set my light quality to production, I cant think of any other way to do it. What am I missing, how can I remove the preview watermark? Not only that but I have some terrible blotchy light bounces happening constantly, and maybe I need to learn more about how it all works but again I’ve tried many things for many hours and cant find a solution, any help would be appreciated.

A much easier way is to just set all the lights to moveable

Okay but everything Ive googled tells me that static lights is what you want to bake it all and movable is much harder on the system. Ill give it a try, but it just seems like a bandaid fix to me. Thank you for your reply though, I appreciate it.

How long did the lighting build take? Did it just complete in a few seconds?

I ask, because it doesn’t look like your lighting built successfully at all. This looks like Lumen…

If the build didn’t take several minutes (or longer) to finish then most likely nothing was built, could be because static lighting is disabled somewhere in your project or you’re in a world partition map (which doesn’t support static lighting)

Otherwise you probably need to set your GI method to “None” in your post process or project settings.

yes, it took a split second.

Static lighting is most likely disabled then, please see this post:

It wasn’t supposed to be a band aid, it’s just that most people usually use UE5 for Lumen.

Especially if you’re doing archviz ( and not a game ), why bother building light, unless you’re shipping the project to someone?

That was my logic
