Hi ,
Which version of Visual Studios do you have currently? Further what device were you attempting to run it on?
Thank you!
Visual 2013 Ultimate, and i’m trying to launch it on my PC with Windows 7
I also have VS 2010 installed
Hi ! Any progress with this issue?
Hi ,
We are still looking into this, would you mind posting your dxdiag so we can have a deeper look at what might be occurring? Thank you!
Of course!

Based on the original title I had assumed that you were unable to Launch the editor, but upon viewing the linked image and logs I see that the error actually occurs while you are building in the Editor. (I have updated the title of your post to reflect this).
I have a few questions
Thanks

Hi ,
If you could, try to build your development editor and development in Visual Studios 2013, then after you have done this launch your game in the same way you did before. Let me know if this fixes your issue. Thank you and have a great day!
Do you suggest to try to build in “Development” configuration? Already tried - does not help.
Hi ,
When you next produce that error, can you find the unrealbuilttool.txt and post it here. You can find these in C:\LocalBuildLogs. Thank you!
Hi !
I do not have such folder. Also i was not able to find this file in whole disk
Hi ,
What build configurations have you already built in VS?
“Development” and “development editor”
Hi ,
We have had some problems with spaces in folder names in the past, and I can’t guarantee that we’ve found them all. As a quick test, could you change the folder “Game Development” to GameDevelopment or Game_Development? It most likely isn’t the issue, but I would like to remove it as a possibility while I dig deeper in to what might be the problem.
