Build version loses Foliage

Build game in 4.16
Play - everything is fine.
Update to 4.17.
Play in editor - everything fine
Build
Play Build - All Foliage missing from every level.

I tested this in a new project from the fps and it worked fine so the issue is in my project. but I don’t even know where to start trouble shooting it.

Was this issue ever resolved? I currently have a similar issue

I worked around it. Not sure what I did now. I know I didn’t have to roll back my changes to 4.16, I’ll check when I get home. I’m hoping I commented the solution in perforce.
