Build showing "artifacts/glitches" on the screen at high video settings.

My game made with UE 5.1.1 runs fine on my machine and those of a few other people. However, one particular player who has a Radeon 6800xt video card and AMD 5800x3D processor / 32gb Ram reported a problem: When the game’s graphics settings are set to “Low”, everything is fine. But when you turn it up to medium, high or ultra, artifacts/glitches start appearing on the screen. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?
