Hello, there’s an issue I’ve been wanting to fix for months. When creatures take damage and die, their death animation doesn’t play. Instead, a few seconds later, they reappear at the spot where they died, and then disappear again after a few more seconds. This issue persists even if only one creature is spawned. I can’t seem to find anyone who knows a solution… How can I fix this? It’s really frustrating.
Creatures seem to die properly on my end ? Do you have a video or a repro to this ?
Seems like a camera related issue, something to report ig, does it do that with the default camera ?
Yes I just tested that and it does the same
Ok then maybe I’m dumb, I just released a zombie map and never realised that, does it also do it when you kill them with weapons ?
No. It doesn’t happen when I kill them with weapons

I found a solution. It’s not the standard method, but I solved it by teleporting the creature to the ground instead of inflicting damage upon death. This way, the creature’s death animation isn’t played, but at least it prevents the bug where the creature reappears and then suddenly disappears.
