Summary
You are unable to delete the Lobby Background from an island where you previously uploaded one and published. Clicking the X in this image linked below removes it from the webpage. But then publishing and having that version get approved will have the lobby art return, also present within Fortnite itself.

Steps to Reproduce
Publish an island in creator portal with a lobby background. Wait for it to be approved, then attempt to remove the lobby background.
Expected Result
Publishing once you’ve removed the background will remove it from the island, showing the current battle royale background
Observed Result
The lobby background stays, even after removing it and publishing.
