Okay, I downloaded engine source code and additional files from GitHub, compiled it, and ran engine. It worked perfectly, and it also started Launcher in background. I closed engine, closed Visual Studio, and Launcher was still there, apparently stuck downloading something, but after a while it finally opened its window and is downloading full engine now.

I have engine downloaded and installed.

Using above fix solution ; I get "Download error… retry? " On page instead of either seeing Launch or Subscribe.
When -CPLabel=QFE2 was removed then an update of 84 MB is shown that gets stuck at 80% all time.

I had to replace present launcher with old one and count on my luck to get a Launch button instead of Subscribe now

I’m having same problem as all rest. Has a fix been released? I bought this for my son and was hoping to have it installed before he got back from spring break. Forgive me if I’m a little computer-naive. Thanks anyone.

Nevermind, it just magically started downloading as soon as I posted this comment. Strange.

Thanks! I opened it up again after a few failed attempts and then it started downloading! Truly Epic Support! (Pun intended)

Dude same thing just happened to me…Now at 0% and downloading…But still its downloading…

I still have issue with subscribe button. (that it is showing up, instead of something else). Any update on it ?

So this just starting happening to me again. It worked once and I shut it down to go to work and then it never worked again after that. Any ideas what else I can do to get this to work?

Assuming you’re still having problems, would you mind if I reset your password so that I can login as you to investigate? You won’t be able to login while I’m working, but when I’m done you should be able to reset your password back via website. Can you let me know if that would be OK?

even with help of support of download update stuck a 81% (71MB)

EDIT!!!: update is done! At last i’m downloading editor!

no command added to shortcut,

Values set in DefaultEngine.ini
[HTTP]
HttpTimeout=3600

HttpConnectionTimeout=1440

HttpReceiveTimeout=1600

HttpSendTimeout=1600]

Hi! I am also still stuck at 81% (71 MB), i tried adding these values to DefaultEngine.ini, but after one hour, launcher update is still stuck at 81%. Then I tried downloading QFE, and adding command to my shortcut, this led me to Launcher Menu, where i could sign in, but then, i couldn’t find any way to download neither engine nor anything from market place (everything was labeled as “coming soon”). Sorry for adding nothing relevant to this thread, but as previous tips aren’t working, maybe someone has something new about this issue.

(Being also french, it could be painful to read, sorry for inconvenience :slight_smile: )

Additionnal Details:
Windows 7 Ultimate
(I will post a new log in a few minutes, I just tried another time after adding extra log lines to my .ini)
I am using QFE CL2031728, i will give a try with other one (CL2030636)

And I have a very slow connection (using a public Wifi)

Here is log, I just stop update because, as seen at end of my log I was having a lot of http timeouts, i’ll try changing again values in DefaultEngine.ini

So, i am trying again to update launcher, using QFE-CL2030636 without command added to shortcut. I used these values in my DefaultEngine.ini :

[HTTP]
HttpTimeout=3600
HttpConnectionTimeout=1440
HttpReceiveTimeout=1600
HttpSendTimeout=1600

and remaining filesize to download fell from 71 MB to 31 MB, but it won’t go further.

I I tried fix and it didnt work for me. When I check my account it says nothing about my subscription being active even though I have a confirmation email saying that it is.

I am just going back into this whole process, for some reason i had to restart launcher when downloading editor and then it couldn’t retrieve what i had already downloaded and I was stuck at “syncing your account”. I just deleted every past traces of launcher, even in regedit and I am restarting launcher’s update. I am profoundly starting to think I did something wrong, somewhere :slight_smile:

Still not working for me. Replaced EXE and added command line. It does update launcher but I still end up with Subscribe button.
