[Bug] Snap to grid disabled in Static mesh socket editor in perspective mode

In static mesh editor snap to grid doesn’t work in perspective view, but works in ortho views.
It doesn’t work in versions 4.17 - 4.20 (maybe previous too), launcher or source build.

How to reproduce:

  1. Open a static mesh
  2. Add socket
  3. Turn snap to grid on
  4. Try to move a socket in perspective view and in ortho views. Notice the difference.

Snap rotate works normally.
