Bug: Ribbon modul Version: 4.13

Hello, i have an issue with the ribbon modul. I try to create a fast smoke streak with a ribbon. before the version 4.13 it works fine. I updated my engine to 4.13 and now my ribbon doesn’t work anymore. I cannot avoid this problem in playing around with the ribbon settings or my other settings moduls. The thing is: the ribbon start kick off in a random direction at the second the source particle end is life.

Is it possible to fix that issue?

Have you tried disabling “Calculating previous tangent Recalculation”?

Hello DavidM, Yes I have, not seam to fix the problem… Im alone with this ribbon problem in the 4.13 version ?
On my side before 4.13 all was fine…
