Bug report: Cannot launch game to make memory testing.

Summary

None of our dev team can launch the game to perform memory testing.
This issue has persisted for some time. Sometimes it fails to launch, and even when it does launch successfully on occasion, the memory test cannot be run.
Previously, we could occasionally succeed, but this week we have attempted dozens of times without any success.
Could you please help us look into the cause?

Steps to Reproduce

Launch the game, then make perfermance test.

Expected Result

Finish the perfermance test, and able to publish the version.

Observed Result

the Process failed with message “Failed to upload source files”, or just stuck in the uploading phase.

not sure about the other times, but currently there are some services down, not sure when it will recover

Same, we’ve been fighting for a week just to start a session. Epic really messed something up badly with their servers. Our team can’t imagine how to work under these conditions and continue developing.
