hmm, a little bit ashamed of myself, this solved the issue, and seems this is not a bug.
This was not a bug in the first place, well, a little bit ashamed of me, it didn’t cross my mind to check window menu

No worries. My fav personal issue is opening the same project twice and having the editor throw the strangest errors.
Apart from that, the behaviour you’ve described can occasional manifest elsewhere - a panel with no details inside. Happens often enough to the My Blueprint tab, the one where all the variables are listed; it’s not that uncommon to see it.

I’m facing a weird bug in the editor, whenever I open physical material it shows an empty window with no any parameters, this happens suddenly and it was working, but suddenly decided not to show anything no matter what i do, i tried creating new material, exiting the engine, restarting windows, new fresh project, but nothing work
