[bug] no MP4 file with audio produced with cli media encoder despite all correct settings

Hello, I have followed the exact setup in the correct solution in this thread:

Hey, Just starting out making some cinematics and trying to render out to .mp4. Followed the setup using the Command Line CLI, FFmpeg, Movie Render Que. All works fine. But the output .mp4 (or .avi) files have no audio. I’ve even tried to add a separate ‘Audio’ output file, nothing. I have multiple audio tracks (SCs and SWs) in my sequence which all work and play fine in editor and in PIE. Is this a bug or is there some missing configuration step for 5.2.0? path to ffmpeg is set, aac is set, all settings are the same as above, an mp4 is written if I do not enable “.wav Audio” in Exports, if I do enable it, no mp4 is written. so I am unable to export an mp4 with audio

It seems to work now based on what I tried, unless it was somthing else, but when I changed the Audio Codec to lower case, from AAC to aac, export with audio started working.
