Bug maybe? Can't carry using Carryable Device when Third Person Controls is active.

Summary

Hello guys,
I did everything possible and imaginable, spent a few hours on this and can’t manage to make it work, either I’m stupid or it just doesn’t work (and maybe it’s intended?).
I use a Third Person Controls device and want to use a Carryable Device. It doesn’t work, you can’t press anything to carry it, it just doesn’t show.
I tried using a mutator so that it disables the third person control, that way I can carry it and leave to mutator zone WHILE STILL carrying it and that seems to work, only problem though is I can’t aim using it, it’s always max range.

Steps to Reproduce

Add the following devices :
1 - Third Person Controls
2 - Fixed Angle Camera
3 - Carryable Device

Now try to use the carryable device, wont work.
Then do :
4 - Mutator Zone
Make it so it disables the Fixed Angle Camera AND the Third Person Controls, On Entering, and Enables them back on Exiting the Mutator.
5 - Put the Carryable Device INSIDE the Mutator Zone.

Now, enter inside, pick the carryable and exit the zone.

Expected Result

You can “perfectly” hold the carryable and even throw it with the Third Person Controls still active, you just can’t pick it up and control how far it goes, it’ll always go max distance

You can “perfectly” hold the carryable and even throw it with the Third Person Controls still active, but you can’t pick it up and control how far it goes, it’ll always go max distance. What I would like is for me to be able to pick up the carryable while Third Person Controls is active and “aim” it just like I would with a throwable weapon such as a chilled grenade.
