Summary
I meet all eligibility requirements to signup to be an Island Creator.
Im old enough, got a company and a bank account on my name and i spend almost 100$ in the shop (and my epic account is old enough too).
It may be a bug. Im waiting for your reponse.
Btw im posting my issue here because i followed the step told here by Flak:
And i asked the support too but got not reponses for the moment
